This is the Natura Linden Firm Mattress offered without the accompanying Universal Foundation, suitable for use on a slat platform bed. Please note that Natura will not warrant their mattresses if they are used on a foundation from another manufacturer.
The Linden Firm from the GreenSpring series offers the support of an individually pocketed coil innerspring mattress combined with the eco-friendly materials found in the rest of the Natura line.
The mattress starts with a 638 Model Pre-Compressed Pocket Coil Innerspring unit. The spring unit is foam encased, providing strong edge support. This is then topped with 1 inch of firm Plant Based Polyfoam.
The natural cotton cover features 1.4 pounds of natural wool quilting, providing deeper sleep with less tossing and turning as well as a healthier sleeping environment.

To freshen expose to sunlight and air. Sunshine brings out the natural lanolin in wool, allowing it to self-deodorize.
This mattress contains a significant amount of natural/sustainable material but is not organic.
